We want you to be delighted with your Ted Baker purchase, but if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
